If your appointment is close
Tell us your appointment date the first time you get in touch. An application isn't approved until Sanitas has made its decision, and an “instant certificate” description isn't a guarantee of underwriting speed.
Approval and certificate timing are different
The certificate is issued after Sanitas approves the application and the policy is paid. We don't quote a fixed delivery time for either step.
Can an application be expedited?
We can't promise to speed an application up. What genuinely helps is sending complete information early and answering any request promptly.
